Tritek manages files in compliance to UK Government regulation and ensures all files are shared within GDPR framework. We do have internal procedure in place should an external organisation from the Government requires the business to conduct internal audit to the way data are been treated. Public has the right to request for their personal information that we hold about them and we are more than happy to share the information that we hold about them. Request for personal information to data must be made in writing to the office.

Individual has the right to request for their data removed from our records. Removal of data must be known to member of the administration team as soon as possible.
